【摘要】:1.1Thisguidecoversinformationtodevelopandimplementamarinevesselinspectionprocess.Itisintendedtoprovideconsiderationsforpersonsinterestedinplanning,organizing,andimplementingastructuralsurveyplanforamarinevessel,especiallyduringthedesignphaseofthevessel.Itisintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithanyotherrequiredinspectionorsurveyrequirementsbutcanformthebasisforsuchplanningintheabsenceofothersuchapplicablerequirements.1.2Thisguideprovidesowners,operators,shipyards,anddesignerswithaplanfordevelopingadetailedinspectionprocessthatcoversallstagesoftheoperatinglifeofamarinevessel,includingthedesign,construction,andin-serviceperiods.Thisplanmaybedevelopedandusedinconcertwithclassificationsocietyandflagstatesurveysandinspections.1.3Thisguidealsoprovidesthebasisfordevelopmentofarecommendedcorrectiveactionplanfortypicalstructuraldeficienciesordeviations,orboth.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.1.5Allportionsofthisguidemaynotbeapplicabletoallvesselsorshipyardssincemanyyard-specificstandardstoensurecontractedlevelofqualityareinexistence.
