【摘要】:ThispartofISO11111specifiessafetyrequirementsforfrequentlyoccurringhazardscommontothetypesoftextilemachineryandthehazardsofcertainmachineelementscoveredbyISO11111-2toISO11111-7.Itisapplicabletomachineryplantandrelatedequipmentintendedtobeusedinthetextileindustryforthefollowing:?theopening,cleaning,blending,carding,preparationsubsequenttocarding,spinningandotherprocessingoffibres(stapleandfilament)andothermaterialstoformyarnornonwovenmaterial(includingfelts);?thewinding,doubling,twisting,texturing,etc.ofyarnsandtheprocessingofyarnspreparatorytoweavingandknitting;?theweaving,knitting,lace-makingandsimilarutilizationofyarn,etc.,toformfabric;?theformationofbraid,cord,strand,rope,twine,net,etc.,excepttake-upreelsofstrandingandlayingmachinery;?processesincludingthepretreatment,bleaching,dyeing,printingandfinishingoffibre,yarn,fabric,braid,cord,etc.,andfinalassemblyfordespatch;?thepiecedyeingofmade-upgoods;?finishingofwarpandweftknitting,includinghosiery,otherthanassemblyofthefinishedproduct(e.g.sewing);?carpetmanufacture,byweaving,tuftingandotherprocesses.ThispartofISO11111appliestoallmachinery,plantandequipmentusedduringtheprocesseslistedabove,includingequipmenttoenableautomatedoperationofthemachinesandprocessesineitherfree-standingorcomplexinstallations,suchaspneumaticfibretransportation,butexcludingothertransportationbetweentheinterfacesofthemachines.NOTE1Thestandardforaspecifictextilemachinewillnormallyconsistoftwoparts:thispartofISO11111andthespecificpartofISO11111relevanttothatmachine.However,inthecaseofnonwovenlines,whichiscoveredbyISO11111-3,ISO11111-2,ISO11111-6,andISO11111-7arealsotobetakenintoaccount.ThisISO11111doesnotdealwithspecificrequirementsforpressurecontainment.NOTE2IntheEUandEFTAspecificDirectivesforpressurevesselsandelectromagneticcompatibilityamongothersexist.
