【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoverscertainmaterialspecificationsforwhichahistoryofdatahasbeenobtainedusingthestandardmicrotensilespecimen.ThespecimengeometryhasbeenchangedtobeequivalenttothatofISO12086-2:1955.Ingeneral,thistestmethodissupersededforgeneralusebyeitherTestMethodsD882orTestMethodD638.TheverysmallTypeVspecimeninTestMethodD638istherecommendedspecimenwhenlimitedamountsofmaterialareavailable.Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthecomparativetensilestrengthandelongationpropertiesofplasticsintheformofstandardmicrotensiletestspecimenswhentestedunderdefinedconditionsofpretreatment,temperature,humidity,andtestingmachinespeed.Itcanbeusedforspecimensofanythicknessupto3.2mm[1/8in.],includingthinfilms.Thistestmethodcannotbeusedforthedeterminationofmodulusofelasticity.Forthedeterminationofmodulus,seeTestMethodD638orTestMethodsD882.Testdataobtainedbythistestmethodarerelevantandappropriateforuseinengineeringdesign.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.ThereisnoequivalentorsimilarISOstandard.

本标准适用于各类船舶及海上一冶使用的空气压缩机输出气源，压力范围为0.16~3.15MPa的冷冻式和吸附式压缩空气干燥器。不包括其他形式的干燥器。
